Not all of my computers show in the add computer wizard. Is it possible to add computers by their ip addresses?

It depends on many factors.
Is it a domain or a workgroup network?
What operating system is on your local and remote computers?
Is firewall enabled on your computers?
Can you connect to the admin shares (C$, Admin$) on the remote computer?

Please check if the Remote Registry service is running on the target computers. If not, please start this service.
