I am using Event Log Explorer on Vista Home Premium and it is working fine.

Maybe the application should be updated to show that it supports Vista?

It works both with Vista and Windows 7.
But at the time it only supports legacy logs (although it's enough for the most of applications).

I am using XP and trying examine a friend's vista log file in XP - is this possible? Seems to be opening the file but no data appears - is not an empty file - it is 2.6mb ...but no data appears -thx p.s have set preferences to "evtx" -thx
